Random number generators
Digital casino games use a random number generator (RNG) to produce results. It runs continuously, and the value at the moment of your bet decides the outcome, such as which symbols land or which card is dealt.
A properly built RNG cannot be steered by timing, past results or the size of your stake.

Independent testing laboratories
Specialist test labs examine a game's RNG and maths before release, checking that results are unpredictable and that the stated RTP matches the design. Many regulators require this testing as a condition of approval.
Testing applies to a specific game version. If an operator or studio changes the game, it should be tested again.

Reading a test certificate
If ONG777 or a studio publishes a certificate, check these details rather than just the logo.
- The name of the testing laboratory and a way to confirm it on the lab's own site.
- The game or platform covered, with a version or reference number.
- The date of the test and whether it has an expiry or review date.
- The RTP or scope of testing that the certificate actually confirms.
- That the certificate names the same studio and game you are playing.

How can I check that a ONG777 game is fair?
You cannot test an RNG at home, but you are able to check that the right safeguards are in place.
- Open the game panel and note the studio name and stated RTP.
- Look for a testing or certification link on the site or in the footer.
- Follow the certificate back to the laboratory and confirm it is genuine.
- Take time to check the operator's published licence details and the law where you live.
- Keep your bet history so any disputed round can be traced by ID.

Warning signs worth noting
Be cautious if a game opens on an unrelated domain, shows no studio name, or has no rules or paytable. A certificate image that cannot be traced to a laboratory site offers no real assurance.
Unusual streaks alone are not proof of unfairness, because genuine random results produce runs that feel strange. Focus on whether the game can be identified and checked.

Three ways game results are produced
Not every game decides its results the same way, and each method comes with its own checks.
| Method | Used in | How you can check it |
|---|---|---|
| Random number generator | Slots, digital table games and many arcade and draw games | Studio name, published RTP and laboratory certification |
| Physical equipment on camera | Live dealer tables | Watching the stream and matching the round ID in your history |
| Provably fair seeds | Some crash, dice and other instant games | Verifying the round with the published server and client seeds |

What to do if you think a game is faulty
Stop playing that game first. If it freezes, shows an error or pays differently from its paytable, further rounds only add to the amount in question.
Record the game name, the time, your stake and the round ID, and take screenshots of the screen and your bet history. Send these to support and ask for the round to be checked against the studio's records. Studios keep detailed logs of each round, so a genuine fault can usually be traced.
If you are not satisfied with the answer, ask how the complaint can be escalated and keep copies of all messages. A calm, documented complaint is reviewed faster than repeated messages across different channels.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Can an operator change a game's results?
A tested game's outcomes are set by the studio's RNG and maths, which the operator should not be able to alter. Testing and licence conditions are designed to detect any such change.
Is a provably fair game the same as a tested one?
No. Provably fair lets you check that a single round was not altered after it was set, while lab testing reviews the whole game design and RNG. They answer different questions.
Why do I keep losing if the game is fair?
Fair means random with a known house edge, not balanced in your favour. Every game is designed to keep a share of stakes over time.
Are ONG777 games tested by an independent laboratory?
Testing is normally arranged by each game studio with a laboratory of its choice. Look in the game panel or the site footer for certification details, and confirm any certificate on the laboratory's own website.
How do I verify a provably fair round?
Open the round in the game history and copy the server seed, client seed and round number shown. The game help panel explains how to combine them, or links to a verification tool, to recreate the result. If the recreated result matches, the round was not altered after it was set.
Does one certificate cover every site that offers a game?
A certificate covers a specific game version. If sites run different RTP versions or builds, each needs its own testing, so check that the version named matches the one in the game panel where you play.
